Shipping Policy

Sourcing Timeline: All orders are sourced fresh from the Kasimedu morning auction (3:00 AM –
6:00 AM). We do not stock frozen fish; we buy only what is ordered.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Chennai city limits, including OMR, ECR, Adyar, Velachery, Anna Nagar,
and T. Nagar. Some remote suburban areas may incur a higher delivery fee or specific time slots.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: Flat rate based on distance from Kasimedu.
Free Shipping: Applicable on orders above ₹1,500.

3. Packaging & Cold Chain

To maintain freshness during Chennai’s heat, all seafood is packed in food-grade insulated bags
with gel ice packs or crushed ice. This ensures the temperature remains between 0°C and 4°C until
it reaches your door.

4. Delivery Attempts

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we only make one delivery attempt. Please ensure
someone is available to receive the order. If the customer is unreachable, the order will be marked
as delivered, and no refund will be issued due to food safety risks.
