Welcome to our online seafood marketplace. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform
and the purchase of fresh seafood products sourced directly from Kasimedu, Chennai.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and
our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of Goods (Perishables)

Perishability Notice: Our products are fresh, highly perishable seafood. Quality is guaranteed only if the
products are received during the first delivery attempt and stored correctly immediately upon arrival.

3. Pricing and Availability

Market Fluctuations: Due to the nature of daily auctions at Kasimedu Harbour, prices are subject to
change without prior notice based on daily catch availability.
Weight: The final weight of the fish may vary slightly after cleaning and dressing (removal of scales,
fins, and gutting). Prices are typically calculated based on the "gross weight" before cleaning unless
stated otherwise.

4. Ordering and Delivery

Delivery Slots: We aim to deliver within the selected time slots; however, delays caused by traffic or
weather conditions in Chennai are sometimes unavoidable.
Incomplete Address: Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable
for spoiled products due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because we source fresh catch specifically for your order from the morning auction:
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once the sourcing process has begun at the harbour
(typically after 4:00 AM on the day of delivery).

Refunds: Refunds are only processed if the product is found to be spoiled at the time of delivery or if
the wrong item was delivered. Customers must report issues within 2 hours of receipt with
photographic evidence.

6. Health and Safety

We ensure that all seafood is handled under hygienic conditions. However, the customer is responsible for
thoroughly washing and cooking the seafood to appropriate internal temperatures before consumption.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect or
consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
