Q: Is the fish fresh or frozen?

A: We deal exclusively in fresh catch. The fish you receive was in the ocean less than 24 hours ago
and was sourced from the Kasimedu auction on the very morning of your delivery.
 

Q: Why is the weight of my fish less than what I ordered?

A: We bill based on "Gross Weight" (the weight of the whole fish before cleaning). Once we remove
the scales, fins, and internal organs, the "Net Weight" will naturally decrease by 15% to 30%
depending on the fish type.

Q: Can I customize the cut?

A: Yes! You can choose from Curry Cut, Fry Cut (Steaks), Whole Cleaned, or Fillets (for specific
varieties) at the time of placing the order.

Q: What if I am not happy with the quality?

A: We take quality seriously. If the seafood is not fresh, please take a photo and contact our support
team within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you deliver on Sundays?

A: Yes, Sunday is our busiest day! However, we recommend ordering in advance as high-demand
varieties like Vanjaram (Seer Fish) sell out quickly at the harbour auctions.
